We are thrilled and extremely proud to announce that Sarah Sanders, owner of Extra Help South Hams, West Devon, and Bude, and Charlie Hawkes, owner of Extra Help North & Mid Devon, have both been chosen by the Devon & Plymouth Chamber of Commerce to receive prestigious ‘30 Under 30’ Awards . These awards are designed to celebrate the exceptional contributions made by young entrepreneurs and business leaders across the region.
The 30 Under 30 Awards
The 30 Under 30 Awards recognise rising stars who have demonstrated remarkable achievements, innovation, and dedication in their respective fields. This year’s campaign, in partnership with Babcock International Group, received a record-breaking number of nominations. The expert panel, including representatives from Babcock, YMCA Plymouth, Diversity Business Incubator, and Argyle Community Trust, carefully evaluated over 70 outstanding entrants to select the final 30 winners.
All winners, including Sarah and Charlie, are invited to celebrate their awards at the Devon & Plymouth Chamber Awards Ceremony on Friday, 17th May. This event promises to be a fantastic celebration of talent, innovation, and community spirit! We’re so pleased that Sarah and Charlie’s outstanding achievements will be recognised and celebrated at this ceremony and are extremely proud to have these two inspiring, young entrepreneurs as part of our Extra Help family.

As the owner of Extra Help South Hams, West Devon, and Bude, Sarah has made a significant impact within the home help industry, providing her local community with a wide range of quality services to assist with everyday tasks. She works tirelessly to provide compassionate, consistent and reliable assistance to many individuals and families within her community.
