If you’re one of our regular followers, you’ll already know that we take franchisee feedback incredibly seriously. We conduct regular surveys and even won a 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction award in a benchmark survey, conducted by WorkBuzz, for two consecutive years.
You may have seen some of our franchisees’ written testimonials before and know what they think of Extra Help. However, we wanted to go one step further so, at our last franchisee conference, we asked our franchisees if they’d be willing to record some video testimonials for us, telling us why they joined Extra Help and what they think of us as a franchise network.
The answer was a resounding ‘YES!’ and, in this week’s blog, we’ll provide you with some of the highlights and tell you how you can view all of the franchisee testimonials, to give you a thorough insight into what our franchisees think of us.
