All of our franchisees ‘get’ the business model, that’s the main criteria to be an Extra Help franchisee, you have to understand the caring side.

People are living longer and want to stay in their own homes, so Extra Help provides those services for people to be able to do this. It may be shopping, meal preparation or changing the bed; as long as it’s not personal care we can help, and (of course) our rates are very reasonable too.
We now have franchises from Saltash in Cornwall up to Newcastle, and there are lots of areas in between still available.

My vision is to see Extra Help grow and spread right across the country, helping as many people as possible, remain independent for as long as possible. We can work alongside personal care companies doing the domestic tasks instead, saving you money on the service.
With Extra Help you’ll always have the same home helper, unless they are on holiday or poorly then we send in someone else, never leaving you without the service.
As a business, although the elderly are our passion, we care for anyone who needs our help from working professionals with young children to someone needing a cleaner to help ease the burden.
