May has been simply marvellous for Extra Help! We’ve had our best month ever by 40% over any other month since we started the company! We trained three new franchisees and now have a manager for the Plymouth franchise as well …

Sarah McGrath is now the franchisee for Doncaster. Sarah is raring to go with all her enthusiasm and I’m absolutely certain Extra Help Doncaster will fly. Sarah even had her first client enquiry whilst on training! We’ll hear more about Sarah and how things are going for her in coming weeks.

Louise Pen-Collings is now the manager of the Extra Help Plymouth franchise, freeing up my time to concentrate on building the franchise side of the business, supporting our existing franchisees and finding new ones. I’m sure we’ll also hear from Louise soon.

This rapid growth has shown us that dedication, hard work and belief really do pay off. Extra Help started life in October 2010 as an idea created by myself and my business partner Sarah Jackson.

We’ve had a fantastic time in our business so far though it hasn’t always been plain sailing. With any new business there are always teething problems, however, we got over those hurdles and are well on the way to national coverage.

I guess that if you don’t have a few knocks along the way you won’t appreciate all the good times – which we’re definitely having now!
